This wrap is a lunchtime lifesaver. It takes 15 minutes, uses simple ingredients, and delivers that classic Caesar flavour in a portable, hand-held package. Use rotisserie chicken to make it even faster on busy days.
Ingredients
- 2 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cooked chicken breast (grilled or rotisserie), sliced
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese, shaved or grated
- 3 tablespoons caesar dressing
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved (optional)
- Croutons for crunch (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1
Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet for 30 seconds per side, or microwave for 15 seconds. Warm tortillas fold without cracking.
2
Lay each tortilla flat on a clean surface. Drizzle 1.5 tablespoons of caesar dressing over the lower third of each wrap.
3
Layer romaine lettuce over the dressing, then top with sliced chicken, parmesan, tomatoes, and croutons if using.
4
Season lightly with salt and pepper.
5
Fold the bottom edge of the tortilla up over the filling, then fold in the sides, and roll tightly into a wrap. Cut diagonally in half and serve immediately.
💡 Tip For extra flavour, rub the chicken with a little lemon zest and garlic before cooking. The brightness cuts through the richness of the Caesar dressing beautifully.
Notes
- Add sliced avocado for extra creaminess
- Use whole wheat tortillas for added fibre
- Swap caesar dressing for a lighter lemon-tahini dressing
- Works great for meal prep — keep filling and wraps separate until ready to eat
